Cranky Frank's BBQ Company is located 1 1/2 miles south of Main Street on HWY 87 (Washington Street) in beautiful Fredericksburg, Texas.

Our menu includes brisket, chicken, sausage, pork roast, pork ribs, and our famous chopped beef. You can order plates, which include all-the-sides-you-can-eat served up buffet style in our in-door dining room. Our side buffet includes pinto beans, green beans, potato salad, cole slaw, and corn with sliced peaches and vanilla pudding for dessert. We make sandwiches and stuffed potatoes.

We sell our barbeque by the pound. We are happy to prepare any size to go order for you and your group.

The barbeque we prepare for you is seasoned by hand and slow-cooked on fire-brick pits using 100% mesquite wood coals. We use only mesquite wood, which creates a thick and flavorful smoke that blackens the outer layer of each piece of meat and smokes the inside to pink and tender perfection. Sometimes Frank may be Cranky, but he always makes great barbeque.
